Tomato Yellow Croaker (蕃茄黃花魚)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 yellow croaker
  • 4 to matoes
  • 40 g chinese celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 5 slices gingers
  • 1 tsp basil

Instructions
 

  • First, scrape away all the fish scales, internal organs and wash thoroughly.
  • Wash tomatoes and cut them into thick slices.
  • Cut the onion into strips
  • Wash the celery and cut it into pieces.
  • Put 1 tbsp of oil into the wok on medium heat then add the ginger to fry. Add a bit of salt onto the yellow croaker and fry both sides. Then put it on the dish.
  • In the same wok, fry the onion and add tomato sauce, ketchup, basil, tomato and Chinese celery. Stir well and add 2 tbsp of hot water. Put the lid on for about one minute. Then put the yellow croaker on the wok for about one minute. Serve.
