Peel off the skin of garlic and carrots. Cut both into slices
Add sugar and 2 tbsp of water to miso and stir them evenly.
Separate the lily bulb into slices and wash them.
Boil green beans with water for about 30 seconds and let them dry,
Add 1 tbsp of oil. Fry miso, garlic and ginger on medium heat. Then add carrots, green beans and 2 tbsp of water, fry evenly. Put the lid on for about 2 minutes.
When green beans become soft, add the lily bulbs and a bit of salt then put the lid on for about 1 minute. Serve.
Notes
1.The lily bulb is easily cooked therefore add it in at the end
