Mince all garlic using a gratter or blender
Pan-fry approximately 1 garlic on a pan. Add a pinch of salt into the fry.Mix the raw garlic into the fried garlic.
Cut tofu and bean curd into rectangular slices. (preferably the same size to cook evenly)
Dice green onions and red chili pepper
Place the green onions and red chili pepper into the garlic mixture.
Place the some of the mixture onto the serving plate
Place tofu and bean curd in a pattern like form onto the plate as shown in the picture.
Add the rest of the garlic, red chili pepper and green onion mixture on top
On high heat, steam for approximately 10 minutes.
Serve
