Steamed Pork Ribs with Cordyceps Flower (蟲草花蒸排骨)

Marinade Ingredients:

Instructions
Wash the pork ribs and remove away the bottom layer of ribs. Cut them into pieces.
Wash and immerse the mushrooms in water until they come soft. Cut them into strips.
Wash the red dates and remove the core. Cut them into small strips.
Wash and immerse the cordyceps flower for about 5 minutes.
Mix up pork ribs with marinade first and then mix red dates, cordyceps, flower ginger evenly. Marinade for one hour.
Steam the pork rib for about 15 to 20 minutes on high heat.
Notes
1.The water used to immerse the cordyceps flower can be reserved for future cooking or soup use.
