INSTRUCTIONS:
Defrost duck breast the day before. Use a paper towel to pat dry. When you are about to serve, cut it into slices and put it into the oven at 180 degrees for about 3 minutes.
The duck wraps are heated up according to the instructions from the package.
Cut away the head and the end of the cucumber. The half of it is cut into strips and the other half cut into slices.
Peel off the carrots and cut into the strips.
Cut the preserved radish into the strips.
Cut the head of green onion and cut into strips.
When you eat, put the sweet sauce on the duck wrap first. Then place duck breast, cucumber, green onion, carrot and preserved radish. Wrap them up and eat.
The other way to eat it is to put one slice of duck breast on the slice of cucumber. And then add the green onion, carrot, preserved radish and a little bit of sweet sauce on the top. Serve
