Simple Peking Duck ( 簡易片皮鴨二食 )

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g frozen fully cooked duck breast
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 green onions
  • 80 g preserved radish
  • 10 roasted peking duck wraps one bag
  • 100 ml sweet sauce

Instructions
 

  • INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Defrost duck breast the day before. Use a paper towel to pat dry. When you are about to serve, cut it into slices and put it into the oven at 180 degrees for about 3 minutes.
  • The duck wraps are heated up according to the instructions from the package.
  • Cut away the head and the end of the cucumber. The half of it is cut into strips and the other half cut into slices.
  • Peel off the carrots and cut into the strips.
  • Cut the preserved radish into the strips.
  • Cut the head of green onion and cut into strips.
  • When you eat, put the sweet sauce on the duck wrap first. Then place duck breast, cucumber, green onion, carrot and preserved radish. Wrap them up and eat.
  • The other way to eat it is to put one slice of duck breast on the slice of cucumber. And then add the green onion, carrot, preserved radish and a little bit of sweet sauce on the top. Serve

Notes

TIPS
  • We have to use a cutting board that is for cooked food because all the ingredients are cooked.
  • We make it by ourselves depending on our taste when we eat. If you don’t want to eat too much carbohydrates you can use the cucumber instead of duck breast wrap.
