Seaweed Soup with Tofu (紫菜荳腐湯)

Ingredients
  

  • 20 gLaver Seaweed 2 pcs
  • 175 g tofu
  • ½ Tomato
  • 1 tbsp soybean paste
  • 2 egg
  • 30 g dried Anchovy
  • 1 green onion
  • 8 cups of water
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut tofu into small pieces.
  • Wash the tomato and green onions. Cut it into small pieces.
  • Break the eggs and stir them evenly.
  • Wash dried anchovy
  • Add 2 tbsp of water into soybean paste and stir well.
  • Put 8 cups of water into the pot. Add dried anchovy after boiling and boil for about 5 minutes.
  • Then add soybean paste water, laver seaweed, tofu and tomato and boil them for about 1 minute.
  • Turn the heat off after putting in egg, salt and green onions.
  • When the soup is boiled, you can put in the quail eggs. Serve.
