First, peel off the skin and remove the pulp inside of the pumpkin. Cut it into slices.
Cut and remove the root of the leek and cut it into pieces.
Peel off the skin of garlic, ginger,onions and carrots. Cut all of them into slices.
Put butter, ginger, garlic and onion with 1 tbsp of oil in the wok using medium heat.
Then fry pumpkin, carrot, leeks and black pepper together.
After frying, boil hot water for about 20 minutes and mix them with a blender.
Sprinkle some salt in and serve.
