First, place tofu upside down on the dish. Boil 6 to 8 cups of boiling water to pour on the tofu for about 4 to 5 times.
Next, peel off each preserved egg and cut it into 8 pieces per egg
Cut the green onion and orange pepper into pieces.
Mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar together.
Then, put half of the onion in the bowl. Heat up the sesame oil and pour it on the green onion. And then mix up all the sauce with orange pepper. Let them cool down.
Lastly, put tofu in the center of the dish and place the preserved eggs around it. Pour all the sauce on the tofu and the preserved egg and sprinkle the rest of the green onions on top. Keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
