Wash beef tongue thoroughly.
Put all the spices in cold water and boil them at high heat for about 20 min. Turn on medium high heat, and boil until you get a whiff of the different spice scents.
Turn on the high heat to put the beef tongue and cooked wine into the boiling water and make sure to submerge the beef tongue completely.
After boiling, turn to low heat and boil for one and half an hour.
Use the hand to take away the outer layer (white ) of the beef tongue and wash it again.
If you want to eat beef tongue cold, then wash with warm water and then immerse it with hot pepper oil.
For Korean Barbecue, cut it into pieces. Or eat with hot pepper oil, or cooked with other materials.
