First, boil eggs. After, peel off the egg’s shell.
Next, wash pork tongue. Add ginger slices, cooking wine and pork tongue into boiling water in the pot for about 20 to 25 minutes on low heat. Then pour off the water and scrap off the outer skin of the pork tongue and wash it again.
Pour all the marinade sauce into the pot and boil them with high heat. After it boils, add pork tongue into the pot and boil for about 45 minutes on low heat. Then put the cooked egg inside and boil for about 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat and cut the egg in half and pork tongue into slices. Serve.
