Peel off the skin and remove the core of the papaya.
Submerge the dried snow fungus for about 30 minutes. Pour away the water and cut off the harder part of the fungus. Cut them into pieces and wash again.
Cut the lean meat into pieces and boil them for 30 seconds after boiling.
Peel off the carrots and cut into slices.
Wash dried figs, apricot kernel south, apricot kernel north, dried chinese yam and dried sea coconut.
Boil 4 liters of water in the pot with high heat. Add all the ingredients except papaya into the pot. Boil for about 45 minutes on low heat then add papaya. Boil for about 30 minutes then add a bit of salt. Serve

The dried snow fungus will be enlarged to double size when they are submerged into water.
