First, use salt water to defrost the oysters. Then use 2 tbsp flour to clean the oysters and rinse it with water. You have to clean up again with warm water in 10 seconds. Dry them up thoroughly with a paper towel.
Stir duck eggs evenly.
Cut coriander and green onion into pieces.
Mix sweet potato starch, potato starch and water , stir well. Then add all the rest of the ingredients and mix them evenly.
Add 1 tsp of oil to fry each mixture portion with medium heat until both sides are golden. The mixture can be separated 6 times to fry.
Mix 2 tbsp of fish sauce and 1 tbsp of water on the side as a dipping sauce. Serve
