Steam duck egg yolk for about 15 minutes and then crush them.
Boil sugar with water with low heat until sugar melts and turn off heat.. After that, add coconut cream and stir evenly.
put half cup of mixture (from step 2) into egg yolk and stir evenly.
Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour and custard powder together with a separator. Add the rest of the mixture from step 2 and stir evenly. Use the separator to separate the powder in the mixture.
Mix the egg yolk mixture from step 3 with mixture from step 4 and stir evenly.
Put the oil inside the steam container. Pour the mixture from step 5 into the container.
Steam for about one hour.
Let it cool down and put it inside the fridge.
When you eat, cut it into pieces and fry with medium heat.
