Kewpie mayonnaise
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Peel the mango skin and slice into smaller pieces
Cut the cucumber in half the long way and remove seeds. Cut into mini strips
Use your hands to break apart fake crab meat
Place the ingredients in consecutive order based on the list: mango , cucumber, fake crab meat, crab meat, fish roe
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top
Drizzle enough kewpie mayonnaise on top to help combine all ingredients together
For extra touch and plating purposes, add more fish roe on top
Mix well and serve. Serve with garlic bread
