Mango Crab Salad Recipe ( 三蟹配芒果沙律 )

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Mangoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 10 pieces Fake crab meat
  • 100 grams Box of fish roe
  • 120 grams crab meat
  • 100 ml Kewpie mayonnaise
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the mango skin and slice into smaller pieces
  • Cut the cucumber in half the long way and remove seeds. Cut into mini strips
  • Use your hands to break apart fake crab meat
  • Place the ingredients in consecutive order based on the list: mango , cucumber, fake crab meat, crab meat, fish roe
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top
  • Drizzle enough kewpie mayonnaise on top to help combine all ingredients together
  • For extra touch and plating purposes, add more fish roe on top
  • Mix well and serve. Serve with garlic bread
