Cut onion, carrot and mushrooms into strips. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces
Add oil into a pan and fry all ingredients for approximately one minute. Tip : Fry onions first and broccoli last.
Follow the instructions on the glass noodle packaging. In general, boil noodles until softened or until preferred texture.
Use tap water to rinse. Drain
Add sesame oil into the noodles to ensure noodles don’t stick together when frying.
In a wok on medium heat, add sesame oil and ssamjang to allow the flavours to come out. Then, mix in noodles.
Add fish sauce and sesame seeds into the mixture.
Lastly , mix in the cooked onions, carrots , mushrooms into the wok. Do a taste test. Add salt to your liking
