How to Break Down a Whole Turkey (如何處理火雞)

  • 5.4 Kg Frozen Turkey

Instructions
 

  • Put the whole turkey with the package in a lower rack of the fridge for about 5 days to defrost.
  • After defrosting, remove packaging and take out the turkey's neck inside the turkey.
  • Wash both the inside and outside of the whole turkey. Remember to wash the turkey’s neck as well.
  • After drying the turkey, use a paper towel to wipe it up thoroughly.
  • Cut off the both thighs and wings
  • Cut off the breast and backbone of the turkey.
  • Peel off the skin of the breasts and cut out along the bones into 2 portions.Then, cut them into big pieces.
  • Cut the turkey’s neck and the breast bones into small pieces. Use these bones for a future soup recipe.
