Wash choy sum and remove the core of choy sum. Leave them dry.
Wash goji berry slightly.
Wash the outer layer of the lucky bag with hot water to remove excess oil. Dry them up.
Boil 1.5 liters of water with a slice of ginger in a pot. After boiling, add Sa Cha sauce, fish sauce, sugar and lucky bags on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Put aside.
