Chinese New Year Lucky Bags (福到臨門.袋袋平安)

Ingredients
  

  • 18 lucky bags
  • 320 g choy sum
  • 10 g goji berry
  • 1 tbsp Sa Cha sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 slice ginger

Instructions
 

  • Wash choy sum and remove the core of choy sum. Leave them dry.
  • Wash goji berry slightly.
  • Wash the outer layer of the lucky bag with hot water to remove excess oil. Dry them up.
  • Boil 1.5 liters of water with a slice of ginger in a pot. After boiling, add Sa Cha sauce, fish sauce, sugar and lucky bags on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Put aside.
  • Add choy sum to the existing soup for about 45 seconds. Put the choy sum aside.
  • Put the lucky bags in the center of the dish and surrounded by choy sum.
  • Put the goji berry into the soup for about 10 seconds. Then put them on the top of the dish.
