Cauliflower with Mince Meat Recipe (椰菜花炒碎肉)

Ingredients
  

  • 690 g cauliflower
  • 490 g minced pork
  • 1 onion
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 650 ml paste sauce (tomato & basil)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 30 g brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash cauliflower and cut into small pieces.
  • Peel off the onion and cut into pieces.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Peel off the garlic and cut into slices.
  • Boil the cauliflower into the pot for about one minute.
  • Fry both sides of minced pork with 1 tsp of oil on high heat.
  • Add garlic and onion and fry them evenly.
  • Put the cherry tomatoes, pasta sauce and brown sugar. Then turn to low heat and put the lid on for about 1 minute.
  • Put cauliflower, ¼ tsp of salt and lid on for about one minute.
  • Add 1 tsp of cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water and stir evenly. Fry the cauliflower together evenly for about 30 seconds.

Notes

  1. When you fry cauliflower, try to stick all the sauce on the cauliflower and taste better.
