Bean Curd/Tofu/pepper Veggie Dish (玉子豆腐伴素鵝炒鴛鴦椒)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 yuzi tofu soft tofu
  • ½ bean curd 175g
  • 5 fresh mushrooms
  • ½ a yellow pepper
  • ½ a red pepper
  • 1 green onion

SAUCES:

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp chili bean sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • First, cut the yuzi tofu into slices and cut bean curds, yellow pepper, red pepper and fresh mushroom into strips.
  • Next, cut the green onion into 1 inch pieces.
  • Then, in a wok fry both sides of yuzi tofu using 1 tbsp of oil. Put them on the side.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients evenly and pour into a wok on medium heat. After boiling, put bean curd and fresh mushroom strips first about 1 minute with the lid on.
  • Lastly, put in the green onion, yellow and red pepper for about 1 minute and mix. Serve.
