Follow quinoa cooking instructions. Add 1 tsp of olive oil, salt and black pepper. Let them cool.
Wash strawberries and cut into small pieces.
Cut smoked salmon into strips.
Wash the avocado and cut into half. Put it into the bowl and add the lemon juice. Press them into the purée. Keep the shell of the avocado for future use.
Put quinoa and strawberries. Finally, add avocado puree.
Add all the materials back to avocado’s shell for a better presentation
Put the smoked salmon on top of the avocado and add a little bit of lemon juice on the smoked salmon. Serve
