Take away outer layer leaves of artichoke. (This can be used for the soup later on)
Prepare one pot of room temperature water. Cut the lemon into half and squeeze all the juice in the water , cut into small pieces and put it into the water
Cut each artichoke in half and remove/clean inside.
Prepare a dedicated steam pot and boiling water.
Put all the artichoke in the steam pot and steam for about 20 minutes.
Use the chopsticks to check whether they are soft or not.
And then let them cool at room temperature.
Peel off the skin and take away the core of the mango.
Add mango pieces , milk, yogurt and cream cheese into the blender. And blend them into sauce.
Put the sauce inside each cooling artichoke.
You can put them in the fridge. It's better to serve them cold.
