Abalone and Vegetables (生菜鮑魚....富貴生財)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lettuce 507g
  • 8 g goji berry about 20 pcs
  • 8 abalones with sauce from can

Instructions
 

  • First, wash each lettuce leaf and then drain it. Fry the lettuce with 2 tbsp of oil on medium heat.
  • Next, wash the goji berry and mix with sauce which was used for the “pig feet '' recipe.
  • Then, heat up the abalones after opening the can in a pan without using oil.
  • Put the lettuce on the bottom of the dish. Add 2 tbsp of abalones sauce then place the abalones and wolfberries on top.
  • Lastly, add 2 tbsp of abalone sauce on the top. Serve.

Notes

1. Check the taste of abalones sauce first and decide whether you want to add more salt when frying the lettuce.
