Abalone and Vegetables (生菜鮑魚....富貴生財)

abalones with sauce from can
Instructions
First, wash each lettuce leaf and then drain it. Fry the lettuce with 2 tbsp of oil on medium heat.
Next, wash the goji berry and mix with sauce which was used for the “pig feet '' recipe.
Then, heat up the abalones after opening the can in a pan without using oil.
Put the lettuce on the bottom of the dish. Add 2 tbsp of abalones sauce then place the abalones and wolfberries on top.
Lastly, add 2 tbsp of abalone sauce on the top. Serve.
Notes
1. Check the taste of abalones sauce first and decide whether you want to add more salt when frying the lettuce.
