It officially July !!!!! We love an easy summer recipe! Your classic chicken wings and fries 🙂 No more explanation is needed. Hope this makes your summer more enjoyable !
INGREDIENTS:
- 1200g chicken wings
Marinade for chicken wings:
- 2 tbsp barbecue pork sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp salted mei kuei lu chiew
- 1 tbsp Shao Xing cooking wine
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 potatos
Marinade for potatoes:
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, wash chicken wings and dry them up. Cut each wing in half. Use chicken marinade to marinade the chicken for half an hour at least.
Wash the potatoes with skin and pat dry. Cut them into strips. Use potato marinade to pickle the potatoes evenly.
Preheat the oven to 425 F and bake the potatoes for about 25 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Put 1 tbsp of oil and fry both sides of chicken wings until golden brown. Put the lid on for about one minute to make sure the wings are cooked.
TIPS
- Remember to wash the potatoes thoroughly because we are intaking
- You have to flip the potatoes while baking mid way to make sure the potatoes are baked evenly.
