INGREDIENTS:
- 2 yuzi tofu (soft tofu)
- ½ bean curd (175g)
- 5 fresh mushrooms
- ½ a yellow pepper
- ½ a red pepper
- 1 green onion
SAUCES:
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp chili bean sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp water

INSTRUCTIONS:
First, cut the yuzi tofu into slices and cut bean curds, yellow pepper, red pepper and fresh mushroom into strips.
Next, cut the green onion into 1 inch pieces.
Then, in a wok fry both sides of yuzi tofu using 1 tbsp of oil. Put them on the side.
Mix the sauce ingredients evenly and pour into a wok on medium heat. After boiling, put bean curd and fresh mushroom strips first about 1 minute with the lid on.
Lastly, put in the green onion, yellow and red pepper for about 1 minute and mix. Serve.

Bean Curd/Tofu/pepper Veggie Dish (玉子豆腐伴素鵝炒鴛鴦椒)
Ingredients
