Guys here’s a healthy and useful recipe to have. This is amazing for preventing heat exhaustion especially during hot summers like now. I promise it’s got a sweet taste to it.
INGREDIENTS:
- 762g winter melon
- 240g pork meat
- 3 slices ginger
- 1.5 liter water
- 4 dried mushrooms
- 12g dried mushroom stems
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, peel off the skin of winter melon and remove the core. Wash it and cut it into pieces.
Submerge the dried mushrooms and the mushroom stems for about half an hour until they become soft. Wash them and cut the mushrooms into strips. The water is kept for future use.
Cut the pork meat into pieces and pour into the pot with one cup of water. After boiling, pour the water and wash the pork.
Boil 1.5 L of water (including water used to submerge the mushroom) on high heat with mushrooms, mushroom stems and ginger. After boiling, add the pork meat. Turn to low heat for about 20 minutes. Put the winter melon and boil for about 15 minutes and add salt. Serve.
TIPS
- When you want to choose a good winter melon, please choose those close to the end of the winter melon.
