INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Large eggs
- 10 Quail eggs
- 8 slices smoked salmon
- 3 slices carrots
- Food colouring
- 11/2 cup of Kewpie Mayo
- Fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
First, using a pot of water, boil all the eggs until fully cooked. Then, carefully peel off the egg shells.
Next, cut carrots into slices and then into diamonds for the rabbits’ eyes.
Dye the quail eggs with different food colouring.
Cut one slice from the bottom of the egg. The slice is cut into V shape as the ear of a rabbit. The other portion is the tail of a rabbit. Take away the egg yolk from the other part of the egg. Then, make small cuts in the front and back of the egg. Put the ear and the tail into the cuts
Mix egg yolk and salad and stuff it back in the egg, The rest of the mixture is put into the center of the dish. Place the quail eggs on top.
Add smoked salmon slices on the side, then squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
Super simple and cute !
