GUYS ! You’re in for a treat this week ! This baked salmon recipe is an all time favourite dinner dish. This is practically comfort food for me. The rich mayonnaise flavours absorbed into a juicy salmon filet along with a hint of lemon and onions is your perfect dinner tonight!. The best part is that it is super easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
- 838g salmon with skin ( 1 salmon filet)
- 120g salad dressing
- 1 extra large onion (or 2 medium sizes)
- 5 or 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- Sprinkle of salt
- Sprinkle of pepper
- 1 tbsp crushed basil leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
Use a knife to scrape away the fish scales. Use your fingers to double check whether there are any fish bones sticking out. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, onion into pieces and lemon into slices.
Spread the salad dressing on both sides of the salmon completely. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Add some crushed basil leaves on the skin of the salmon. Place parchment paper on an oven pan. Add half a portion of onions and lemon evenly on the top of parchment.
Put the salmon on it. Place the other half portion of onions and lemon on top of the salmon. Add 1 tbsp of oil
Put another parchment on the top to prevent it from burning. Preheat 375 degrees Farenheit and bake for one hour.
TIPS
You don’t have to add any sauce. Natural juices will come out when onion, lemon, tomato and salad dressing are baked.
Make sure to double check for fish bones before baking.
